All fixtures are pre-installed for easy installation. The cabinet base comes flat-packed like IKEA furniture with pre-drilled holes for the fittings. The drawers come already assembled. The base will need minor assembly to add the provided hardware (brackets). Your plumber may do this for you or you may have a carpenter do the removal of your existing bathtub and the assembly of the base. If you have chosen a jetted tub option, you must have an electrician put a GFI connection in to meet your local electrical code requirements. Every Aquassure bathtub comes with a detailed instruction manual. We also offer technical support for installers – just call 1-866-404-8827 to be connected with a support person.

IMPORTANT for remodelers:

If you are replacing an existing bathtub, the cabinet allows you to use your existing drain and waterlines without having to change their locations. The cabinet simply slides into a standard 5' (60 inch) bathtub space, covering the original location, and it has pre-cut clearances for your plumbing. The Aquassure tub fits on top and attaches to your plumbing with flexible braided stainless steel hoses. A 3/4" adapter may need to be attached to the original waterlines, but these are easily available at most hardware stores. The simple assembly and standard 5' size, saves time and money for installation! We do not provide installation of the tubs themselves, however, we can recommend installers in your area if needed. Full, simple instructions are included with your Aquassure bathtub.

Plumbers, renovators, skilled handymen, contractors, etc can all install our bathtubs. Aquassure Bath Products is a plumbing manufacturer and we do not employ or endorse installers, however, we can recommend a local installer if you would like. Or your local dealer may be able to arrange installation for you. Or you can install it yourself, if you prefer. In some areas not yet served by a recommended installer, an installer may be available to travel to you to do the installation.

If you wish to purchase an Aquassure Bathtub, there are 4 major steps:

1. Measure your bathroom and determine if you need a left or right hand door opening. Our customer service agents can walk you through this process 1-866-404-8827.
2. Decide on what bathtub options you are interested in, call or email us and we can send you a quote on purchase of the bathtub including shipping to your location
   1. Let us know if the bathtub will be delivered to a house or apartment and if you need the tub carried into your home.
3. Get an installation quote (or 2) from a qualified installer(s) in writing.
   1. Most renovation installations take 1-2 days labour including removal of the old tub.
   2. Spa tubs need GFI circuit plugs (this can increase installation cost as it needs to be approved by an electrician).
4. Order your Aquassure Bathtub.
